Distance Education

Through distance education , students can take courses to earn certificates, obtain degrees, gain personal enrichment, or seek professional development. Enrolling in a distance education course gives a student the flexibility to complete courses while maintaining other responsibilities like a full time job or a family.

Distance education courses are offered in a variety of formats including, Web based, DVD, interactive videoconferencing, and video tapes. Applicants must meet UF's general admission requirements as well as those specified by the individual degree program.
