Welcome The Range Science web site was developed in order to provide information to the public about Florida's rangelands. This site will focus on areas pertaining to native plants, range sites, range management practices, forages, wildlife, GIS/remote sensing, exotic weed ecology and control as well as current research in Range Science. The Range Science Program is part of the Department of Wildlife Ecology and Conservation under the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) at the University of Florida.
