Curriculum

Responsible for the long-term planning and direction of the local curriculum as well as representing the WFREC on all statewide curriculum decisions that affect local programs. Also acts as a governing body over local policies and teaching issues in the following areas: scholarships, assistanships, scheduling, and marketing.

Facilities & Land Use

Oversees the use of buildings and land for the purpose of office space, storage, events, research, teaching, and maintenance at the Jay and Milton locations. Develops a long-term plan for current and future facilities and works with PJC to establish and maintain joint-use areas.

Information Technologies

Develops and implements new technologies in the areas of personal computing, networking resources, websites, and audio/visual communications as well as maintaining current systems and computer labs. Establishes local usage policies and recommendations based on those of IFAS and the University of Florida and holds training to take advantage of resources.

Capital Campaign

Evaluates efficacy of current fund-raising efforts and recommends new methods.
